Who we are

Motobomb is operated by Motobomb Ltd, United Kingdom. References to "Motobomb", "we", "us" or "our" mean Motobomb Ltd.

Eligibility, accounts and sign-in

• You may use Motobomb only if you can form a legally binding contract in your country of residence.
• If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must review and consent to your use of the app.
• You may sign in using supported options shown in the app, including Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple where available on your device/platform.
• Google or Apple may provide Motobomb with account information needed to create and secure your account, such as a sign-in identifier, name, email address and profile image where you choose to share them.
• If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may let you share your real email address or a private relay email address. You are responsible for keeping the email address linked to your account reachable.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Account types and plans

Plan features, prices and availability may change. Current prices and billing terms are shown before purchase in the relevant app store or platform, such as Google Play for Android purchases and the Apple App Store for iOS purchases. Website information may describe plans, but the final purchase terms are those shown by the applicable platform at checkout.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Motobomb for unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, unsafe or otherwise objectionable conduct.
• Do not upload or share misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene or rights-infringing content.
• Do not use the app to stalk, track, harass, threaten or facilitate unsafe real-world behaviour.
• Do not scrape, attack, overload, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not submit false reports, spam submissions or deliberately inaccurate map data.

Safety and driving

• Do not interact with the app while driving or riding. Use the app only when lawful, safe and stationary.
• Always follow road laws, parking rules, signage, venue rules and instructions from authorities.
• You are responsible for your conduct, your safety and the safety of passengers and others.

No emergency or safety-critical use

Motobomb is not designed for emergency response, safety-critical use, precise navigation or access verification. Do not rely on it for emergency, time-critical or life-safety decisions.

Location, permissions and notifications

• Some features require permissions such as location, photos/media and notifications. You can manage permissions in device settings.
• Photographer Pro live location sharing can make your location visible to other signed-in users while enabled.
• Live sharing is designed to auto-disable after 8 hours and can be stopped manually at any time.
• Notifications may be used for service alerts, location-sharing reminders, contribution updates and other app functions.

Community content and moderation

Motobomb includes user-generated content, including profiles, photos, notes, recommendations, reports and location details.

• Free users can view approved community photos and notes.
• Pro users may submit community photos and notes, currently limited to 3 contributions per month per Pro account unless we state otherwise.
• Submissions may require admin review before appearing publicly.
• We may approve, reject, edit, hide, restore or remove content at our discretion.
• Approved contributions may appear publicly with your display name and profile image.
• Approved contributions may count towards leaderboards, trusted contributor features, rewards or similar community features.

Reports and support

Reports about locations, profiles or community content are sent to Motobomb admin review. Reports help us moderate the service and normally do not receive a direct reply.

Use Help & Support for account help, deletion requests, privacy requests or anything that needs a response.

False, malicious or abusive reports may lead to account restrictions.

Content you upload and licence

You keep ownership of the photos, text, notes and other media you upload. By submitting content, you grant Motobomb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, crop, compress, adapt, display and distribute your content for operating, improving, moderating and promoting Motobomb.

• We may display your content inside the app, on the website and on official Motobomb social channels.
• We may attribute approved community content to your display name, profile image or handle where relevant.
• We will not sell your photos to third parties outside the uses described in these Terms without a separate agreement.

Your promises

• You own the content or have the rights and permissions needed to upload it.
• Your content does not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, data-protection or other rights.
• If identifiable people, private property or vehicles appear, you have any consent, permission or lawful basis required.

Real-world interactions and assumption of risk

Motobomb helps users discover places and photographers. Travel, photography, visiting locations and meeting others carry risks including road hazards, weather, access restrictions, trespass, confrontation, nuisance and property issues.

• You are responsible for checking safety, legality, access rights and suitability before visiting a location.
• We do not organise, supervise or endorse meetings between users.
• Interactions with other users are at your own risk.

Legal compliance

• You are responsible for complying with laws and rules that apply to your activities, including road traffic laws, byelaws, venue rules and signage.
• You must respect privacy, publicity and data-protection laws when capturing or sharing images.
• If using drones, you must comply with applicable aviation rules and local restrictions.

Subscriptions, purchases and consumer rights

• Paid plans, subscriptions and in-app purchases may be offered through the platform used to download or access Motobomb.
• Android purchases: purchases made in the Android app are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's checkout terms, billing rules, cancellation process, refund policies and applicable consumer law.
• iOS purchases: purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple through the Apple App Store / in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's checkout terms, billing rules, cancellation process, refund policies and applicable consumer law.
• Prices, taxes, trials, billing periods and renewal dates may differ by platform, country, device, currency and plan. The final price and billing terms are shown by Google Play or Apple before you confirm a purchase.
• Subscriptions usually renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal through the same platform where you purchased them, such as your Google Play subscriptions or Apple App Store subscriptions.
• Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the relevant app store states otherwise. You may continue to have access to paid features until the end of the paid period.
• Changing from a paid plan to a free plan in Motobomb may cancel, change or schedule a downgrade of your paid entitlement, but you may still need to manage the subscription through Google Play or Apple depending on how it was purchased.
• Refunds are handled by the relevant billing platform, such as Google Play or Apple, in line with their own policies and applicable consumer law. Motobomb cannot guarantee that a refund request will be accepted by Google or Apple.
• We may verify, suspend, revoke or adjust entitlements if a subscription lapses, is cancelled, refunded, disputed, reversed, fails payment or appears fraudulent.

Motobomb does not receive your full payment card details from Google Play or Apple. We receive only the purchase, receipt, subscription or entitlement information needed to operate paid features.

Apple App Store and Google Play

If you download Motobomb from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the relevant store's terms may also apply to your download, updates, subscriptions, refunds, family sharing where available, device usage and payment handling.

• Google Play: Android subscriptions, ad-removal purchases and other Android in-app purchases are managed through Google Play. You may need to use Google Play to cancel, manage payment methods or request a refund.
• Apple App Store: iOS subscriptions and other iOS in-app purchases are managed through Apple. You may need to use your Apple account/App Store subscription settings to cancel, manage payment methods or request a refund.
• Apple and Google are not responsible for user-generated content, community submissions, reports, map data, moderation decisions or support requests handled by Motobomb.
• For app-store billing issues, refunds or subscription cancellation, use the relevant store's account, subscription or purchase management tools.
• For Motobomb account deletion, privacy requests, moderation reports or app support, use Help & Support in the app or contact Motobomb directly.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your Motobomb account from Menu → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

• Account deletion removes your Motobomb account/profile data and associated storage files where technically possible.
• Deleting your Motobomb account does not necessarily cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription and does not automatically create a refund.
• If you have an active subscription, you should cancel it through the platform where you purchased it, such as Google Play subscriptions for Android purchases or Apple App Store subscriptions for iOS purchases.
• Some residual records, logs, backups, moderation records, purchase-entitlement records or legal/accounting records may be retained where permitted or required by law.
• Approved public community content may be removed or anonymised where reasonably possible after deletion.

Ads and ad removal

Ads may be shown unless removed by an applicable purchase, plan or entitlement. We do not knowingly serve personalised ads to children under 13.

Third-party services and sign-in providers

Motobomb integrates or links to third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Google Maps, Apple services, Google Play Billing, Apple App Store billing, StoreKit and AdMob. We do not control those services and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Signing in with Google or Apple does not transfer ownership of your Google account or Apple account to Motobomb. Those providers remain responsible for their own account systems, authentication tools and platform services.

Our intellectual property

The app, branding, software, databases, designs and features are owned by or licensed to Motobomb Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee listings, routes, distances, map data, access information or markers are accurate, complete or up to date.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may change, restrict or withdraw features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motobomb will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential losses, loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, or losses arising from user-generated content, third-party services, map data, directions, listings or real-world activities.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Changes, suspension and termination

We may update these Terms or modify app features from time to time. Material updates may be shown in the app and may require acceptance before continuing.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the service.
• You may stop using Motobomb at any time and may request deletion through Settings or Help & Support.
• Termination does not affect rights or obligations that have already accrued.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland, the EU or elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence where applicable.
